Tiffany Pontes is a Montreal-based singer, songwriter, and storyteller whose music is a soulful call to awakening. With roots in Jazz, Blues, and R&B, her sound is rich with emotion, vulnerability, and resilience. Every lyric she writes is infused with deep personal truth, lived wisdom, and a commitment to healing.

A former nurse who transformed her life to follow her true calling, Tiffany creates music that empowers us to reclaim our voice, rediscover our worth, and rise into our divine energy. Her songs explore themes of transformation, self-love, intuition, and spiritual alignment.

What’s real anymore!?

Thought I’d come on here and be honest. Yesterday I posted about how nothing is perfect, we’re all tired of perfect and fake. We want real and messy.

Well here’s mine 🫣 why hide it? Life is short, embrace it.

I’m leading with #realreels,#messy and #authentic. There’s enough fake in this world. 🌍

Chances I get through the day without another phone call from school?

Sometimes the process is me sitting at my piano tracking instruments I’m still learning to play. It’s far from perfect but at least the idea is down. It exists.

Remember when I used to let “perfect” hold me back? 🤦🏻‍♀️

Lately I’ve been letting “perfect” go, and I’ve been rolling with “good enough for now!” Because I don’t think anyone really wants perfect. We want real, we want honest, maybe even messy. We want to really see others, and be seen and understood as we are today, right here.

And it all starts like this, just 1️⃣ step in the direction you want to take.

Let it be messy, because at least it’s real.
